Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification once your order has shipped.


Shipping Timeframes

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and carrier. In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days.

This timeframe applies to all orders, both domestic and international. Please note that while we work hard to meet these estimates, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.


Shipping Rates

BradWestMX Shipping is charged per item.

Orders over $120 AUD qualify for FREE standard shipping.

The order total must be $120 or more after discounts (before shipping is applied) to be eligible.

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout—no code required.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BradWestMX is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once handed to the carrier. Title and risk of loss transfer to you at the time of shipment.
